My husband and I spent a week at Friendship Beach Resort in the Atmanjai program. The only words that can truly describe the experience are; "life changing!" Both the physical and the emotional experience are tools for life.

In general the fasting was not too hard. The hunger disappeared after day one and is not really an issue during the week. The second and the third days was when we started feeling the physical and emotional changes and as the week progressed these feelings got stronger and stronger. Personally I experienced some migraines in day two and three but once the toxins started exiting my body with the help of the colema the migraines disappeared completely. From that moment on, the feeling was sort of a high. Lots of energy, no need for sleep, no hunger or thoughts of food, a general happy-go-lucky feeling which we both felt until the last day and even after we finished the program.

The set up at Friendship Beach with the hospitality and caring of Michael was undoubtedly an important part of the general experience. I have promised myself to do this program every year. The introspective process is one that goes hand in hand with the experience. Everyone owes it to themselves. I have already begun spreading the word between our friends and family.
