A wide range of activities, designed to develop all aspects of your body, leading to a more complete result. Some of the sessions included are:
Yoga - Most people are shocked in their first yoga class by how inflexible their body is. Functional yoga will support your training, increase your strength, and lower the risk of injury while training.
Jungle Trekking - Get outdoors, breathe in the fresh air, feel invigorated! Gym training has its advantages, but there is nothing like being in the great outdoors, soaking in natural beauty and getting a workout.
Boot Camp - This class is a high intensity strength training, cardio, and core workout. A great class if you are looking to lose weight, increase you cardio, stamina, and endurance. Classes are done in and outside, utilizing nature as our training ground
Cross Training - This class is an outdoor class combining cross trainning bootcamp bodyfit strength and conditioning mostly on the beach
Stand-up Paddle Boarding - Whether you are a novice or experienced Stand Up Paddleboarder, you will have tons of fun, while building core strength, balance and spatial awareness. This class is right off the beach in front of our base. Water is shallow and completely safe for non-swimmers.
Thai Boxing - Taught by master Thai trainers, this ancient martial art is steeped in culture and grace. It’s also fierce and challenges your strength and endurance. Steam sauna and massage after is highly recommended.
