Over the last 6 years, many of our clients have asked, “what’s the next step after detox?”
You leave here cleansed, refreshed, revitalized, full of good intentions of improved diet, not working so hard and getting into regular exercise. You are even armed with ideas, information and suggestions of what to do…. Then you get home and life gets in the way, again.
So to support you better, we have introduced a new service:
These programs are designed to get you into new and better habits before you go home, so you can carry momentum back into your environment.
Balance Fitness is a complete program of yoga, massage, exercise, steam and healthy eating. You will train at least 2 times per day, eat healthily and move your body swiftly into better shape and performance. The program includes;
- Muay Thai fitness
- Beach Training
- Use of 2 gyms

For those who want to detox and undertake fitness training, our recommendation is to take the Eat Well Cleanse and then transition into Balance Fitness. If you attempt a full-fast program such as Energy Reset Cleanse or the Ultra Cleanse, your body will need 2-3 days of transition before starting training.
Of course both of these new fitness programs are also available without the need to detox first.
