Which Program Is Most Suitable For Me?
  • If you a) cannot imagine not eating your normal diet for 5 days or longer b) in very poor physical state c) will not have time or discipline to do the Home-Based Pre-Cleanse – please take the Eat Well Cleanse.
  • If you are in reasonable physical health and want an intense program that has the most inclusions to both detoxify and re-invigorate your body – take the Ultra Cleanse.

Sometimes clients can find a program is more intense than they anticipated, or on the other hand, they might wish to have a more assertive program. Our staff will make it easy and simple for you to adjust or change your selected program if necessary.

All programs will deliver excellent results, but to ensure their effectiveness, every program at Atmanjai has a 3 day minimum length of stay, with programs starting on the day after arrival, but you can certainly choose to stay longer if you wish. It has taken you all your life to get into the physical state you are currently in, so give your body the respect it deserves and allow sufficient time for corrections and restoration to optimal function.

What can i expect at Atmanjai?

You can expect to be treated with courtesy, respect and love. You will most likely find that some aspects of your program will be challenging – be relaxed in the knowledge that our well trained staff will be on hand to assist and support you as required.

Atmanjai programs are designed for you to be an active participant, so that when you return home you do so knowing that you completed the program, it was not something that we ‘did to you’. This supports and reinforces the likelihood of you introducing positive change into your lifestyle.

Your program will keep you engaged from 7:00am to 7:00pm daily. The first day of your program is a gentle assimilation and includes an Orientation of the property, an Intake Assessment, a relaxing massage and delicious, nutritious meals. Click here to download Day 1's schedule. On the second day, you will enter into your full program. Be prepared that this is not just a physical cleanse. When you arrive, you bring all of you, including your thoughts and feelings. It is common for clients to experience emotional releases as well as the obvious release of physical toxins.

In fact, Michael often states that, “unless you have a mental or emotional shift while here, then you will go home and enter into the same behavior and choices that created the need for you to come here in the first place. There is no point to cleanse your body if you intend to return home and make poor choices regarding food, beverage, exercise and relaxation.”

What results can i expect from my program?

It is essential you understand that the results you achieve will be different from any other person. This is due to a multitude of reasons. The principal causes of differing results are;

  • Your commitment to following the program while you are here.

What can i do to prepare for my program at Atmanjai?

When you invest time, energy and money to undertake a program with us, it makes sense to maximize the potential results available to you by preparing your body as best as possible.

After you confirm your booking, we will send you details of a Home-Based Pre-Cleanse diet. This is intended to alkalise your body chemistry, that is, to move your ph balance from acid to alkaline. The reason is, that when your body begins to detoxify at Atmanjai, it will do so rapidly and your body may struggle to eliminate the toxins as quickly as they are being released. This can result in an increase in the acidity levels of your body, which can manifest in feelings of discomfort, headaches, nausea and generally wishing that you had listened to our advice and done the Home-Based Pre-Cleanse diet!

Be as diligent as possible with the Home-Based Pre-Cleanse diet. We recommend you to order special meals for your flight to Thailand, or totally avoid airline food and pack your own food for the flight. We have had guests arrive after enjoying steak and red wine on their flight; their level of regret a few days into the program far exceeded their level of enjoyment of that airline meal.

The Home-Based Pre-Cleanse diet is very simple. The minimum time for this is one week. The longer you Pre-Cleanse, the better, deeper and longer-lasting your results will be from your program. The diet is simply to minimize intake of the following items for at least 4 days, and then completely avoid them for the 3 days prior to arrival at Atmanjai

Your intake during this one week pre-cleanse period should consist primarily of:

    Food to eat before program

  • Raw or lightly steamed Vegetables
  • Apple juice (good to take at this time)
  • Raw fruit

    Beverages to drink before program

  • Warm water with fresh lemon/lime
  • Fresh raw fruit/vegetable juices
  • Fresh Squeezed Apple juice (500ml daily if you wish to do a liver flush at Atmanjai)

Commitment to this Home-Based Pre-Cleanse diet has in many cases generated noticeable positive change prior to clients arriving at Atmanjai, and it prepares the path-way for outstanding results from your cleanse program.
