Evening Ritual

In a previous blog we provided an example of a healthful Morning Ritual. Such a ritual is also important at the end of your day, providing your body with tools to help it rest, heal and rejuvenate, ready for the next day.

This is an example of healthful Evening Ritual which can be adjusted to fit your individual needs and style.

It is also advised that you are not exposed to any screens (computer, TV, ipad, etc) for at least 30 minutes before retiring to sleep as the brightness of the screens can trick your brain into thinking that it’s still daytime, therefore must remain alert. This evening ritual is a very helpful way to avoid that screen time and lull your mind into a state of readiness to sleep peacefully. The day is done, time to rest!

Preparing for sleep:

Drink a glass of filtered water (2 minutes)

  1. Do oil pulling while showering (10 minutes)
  2. Brush your teeth (3-5 minutes)
  3. Rub magnesium chloride into skin after showering, before getting into bed (3 minutes)
  4. Apply colloidal silver, ozonated olive oil or oil of oregano onto any spots, cuts, wounds, infections etc (3 minutes)
  5. Listen to a subliminal mp3 (15-30 minutes)
  6. Notice any lingering worries or frustrations from your day and apply some EFT tapping to them (5-10minutes)

Enjoy a good night’s sleep!
