Health-Full Morning Ritual with Atmanjai

Practical Example of a Healthful Morning Ritual.

Give yourself the best possible start to each day by being aware of how to begin it, with some positive, consistent and rewarding routines. Remember though, this morning ritual is just an example, a guide for you to use when designing your own unique ritual.

Upon waking up:

  1. Drink a large glass of filtered water (2 minutes)
  2. Use a rebounder (5 to 20 minutes)
  3. Do oil pulling while showering (10 minutes)
  4. Brush your teeth (3-5 minutes)
  5. Rub magnesium chloride into skin after showering, before getting dressed (3 minutes)
  6. With a glass of filtered water, take:
  • 1 multivitamin tablet
  • 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder
  • 1-2 omega 3 capsules                                                            (3 minutes)
  • 1-3 probiotic capsules

7. Make and drink a green smoothie (5-10 minutes)
8. Pour any extra green smoothie into a thermos and bring it to work (2 minutes)
9. Fill your water bottle with freshly filtered water, ready for work (2 minutes)

Add to this a bit of yoga and/or meditation and you’ll be ready to take on the World!
